Common fault 1    valve straight
cause:
1. The valve disc spring fails or breaks
2. The piston is stuck below the highest position of the piston sleeve
3. The valve disc rod or ejector rod is stuck in a certain position in the guide sleeve, so that the valve disc is in an open state
4. The sealing surface and the sealing surface of the pulse valve are damaged or there is foreign matter between the sealing surfaces
5. The pulse valve leaks or its valve disc rod is stuck at a certain position in the valve seat hole, so that the pulse valve is in an open state; the piston is always under pressure, the valve disc cannot be closed, and the medium is straight through
6. The small passage from the back cavity of the valve to the diaphragm is blocked, so that the valve cannot be closed
7. The air bag control line is blocked or damaged, and the inflation valve leaks

3. The small passage from the front chamber of the valve to the pulse valve, and the small channel from the pulse valve to the piston is blocked.
4. The adjustment spring is slack or invalid, and the diaphragm and film cannot be displaced, so that the valve disc cannot be opened

1. Regular cleaning and repair, the assembled piston mechanism should be correct
