How do you install apneumatic ball valve?
(1)Pneumatic ball valve before installation and use, the valve must be installed before the inspection and switch operation test. Only under the conditions of normal operation, can be installed and used.
(2)The installation of pneumatic ball valves to make the valve and pipeline flange concentric as far as possible, and add support fixed. Can not make the ball valve by other external forces, so as not to damage the valve seal and valve deformation. Cause the valve switch does not work and the valve is damaged and can not be used.
(3)To ensure that the pneumatic ball valve and pneumatic components provided by the power source must be clean, as far as possible without oil and water. Cleanliness should be less than 0.4 microns.
(4)Access to the air source before, must clean the air supply pipeline, air source interface and switch, and other devices, to prevent the pipeline is not clean with dirt and mud into the pneumatic actuator unit and causing failure.
(5)Pneumatic actuator, solenoid valve, positioner, filter, pressure reducing valve and other connections, available copper or nylon pipe, in order to prevent dust and reduce noise, the exhaust port should be installed muffler or muffler throttle.
(6)After installation, the pneumatic valve should be tested, to the pneumatic actuator pressure to the rated value, the pressure is 0.4 ~ 0.7mpa, the pneumatic ball valve switch test, observe the opening and closing of the valve. Should be flexible rotation without jamming phenomenon. In the switch, if there is a stuck phenomenon can increase the air pressure, repeatedly switch so that the valve can be adjusted to a flexible switch.

(8)Pneumatic ball valves should be regularly maintained at the valve stem rotation, and should be three months to refuel (oil) once. Maintenance and repair of pneumatic ball valves:

(2) Maintenance of pneumatic ball valves:
When the regulating valve in use can not meet the operating requirements, or after a long period of operation in order to prevent accidents and make regular checks, it must be carefully carried out maintenance work. Maintenance work usually has the following main content.
①Valve cleaning - maintenance from the processing pipeline disassembled valve, it must be cleaned above all the parts impregnated by the process media. In order to avoid certain corrosive or other harmful effects of the fluid on people and equipment damage. At the same time should be removed from the parts exposed surface rust.
②Valve disassembly - in order to inspect all parts to determine the scope of repair and replacement. First of all, the actuator and valve should be completely disassembled. Disassembly must be protected after precision processing such as spool, seat, stem, push rod, sleeve, and other parts and all parts of the precision machining surface to prevent damage to minimize the cost of maintenance, disassembly seat should use special tools.
③Main parts of the overhaul - the throttling surface of the spool and the sealing surface of the spool and seat if there are small rust spots and wear. Still can be repaired with general mechanical processing and grinding methods. If the damage is serious, it must be replaced with new parts. The repair requires a good coaxiality of the spool and valve seat.
Damage to the sealing surface of the valve stem can only be replaced with new parts.
Damage to the guiding and sealing surfaces of the actuator. For the reverse-acting actuator, new parts must be replaced. And the positive-acting actuator can still make appropriate repairs.
Compression spring in the maintenance, such as the discovery of cracks and other defects affecting the strength. Then it must be replaced with a new one.
④Replacement of wearing parts - The wearing parts of this control valve are mainly: the packing, O-ring, gasket, diaphragm, and other parts.
Each time the packing, O-ring, and gasket disassembled by the maintenance are replaced with new parts, diaphragms need to check whether there are any cracks, aging, and wear marks that indicate the possibility of rupture, and then depending on the specific situation to decide whether to replace or not. Generally, they must be replaced in at most 2 to 3 years.
⑤Assembly and commissioning - assembly in the parts of the positioning parts, guide parts, and threaded connection parts should be coated with appropriate grease, in order to facilitate the next maintenance disassembly. And should also pay special attention to the whole machine in the push rod, spool parts, and the coaxiality of the valve seat.
