Precautions for pipe installation

2021-05-28
1. Be sure to find a professional technician to install the pipeline.
2. After installation, a booster test must be carried out. The boost test is generally carried out at 1.5 times the water pressure, and there should be no water leakage during the test.
3. Test method under no pressure condition:
①Close the water main valve. (I.e. the water pipe switch on the front of the water meter)
②Turn on the faucets in the room for 20 minutes, make sure that there is no water and then turn off all the faucets.
③Turn off the water inlet switch of equipment with water storage function such as toilet tank and washing machine.
        ④Open the water main valve.
⑤Check whether the water meter is moving 20 minutes after opening the main valve, including moving slowly. If you move around, it is leaking. If you don’t move, you’re fine.
4. In daily use, if the following conditions are found, check the relevant pipelines as soon as possible:
①Mould and blisters on the wall paint surface.
②The baseboard or wooden floor is blackened and the surface has fine bubbles.
