Safety Valve Structure

 Safety Valve mainly contains Valve Body, Valve Nozzle, Nozzle Ring, Valve Disc Holder, Valve Disc, Guide, Spring, Valve Bonnet, Valve Spindle, Valve Spring Washer, Valve Cap and adjusting Bolt & Nut.
1. The safety valve solid nozzle is screwed into the safety valve body, which makes the maintenance easy.
2. The Umbrella Shape of the Safety valve Disc Holder has been designed to enhance the effect of the fluid thrust for an instant lift of the valve disc.
3. Safety Valve Blowdown control is provided with adjustable nozzle ring only.
4. The adequate materials and clearance between safety valve disc holder and guide, spindle and adjusting screw assures disc to lift successfully.
5. The surface of both the safety valve disc and the nozzle seat are deposited with Stellite. Excellent flatness and surface finish of the seating surfaces by precision machining and lapping assure pressure relief valve to have high degree of seat tightness and long using life.
6. The bellows of balanced bellow pressure relief valves can not only avoid and affect of variable back pressure in the system, but also protect spring and other trim components from corrosive media.
7. The choice of materials is careful. The manufacture of the spring and the bellows has strict technological process. Each of them istested and checked strictly.
