Standards&Features:
Rubber flexible connector ball is within the layer, enhance the spectrum of squeegee nylon cord fabric layer, outer layer of the composite rubber pipe.
According to the different media used in the rubber material is also different, with natural rubber, styrene butadiene rubber, butyl rubber, nitrile rubber,
EPDM rubber, chloroprene rubber, silicone rubber, fluorine rubber and so on. Respectively, with heat, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion, abrasion
resistance, oil resistance and other functions.
1.This product can greatly reduce the vibration and noise of the pipeline system, can fundamentally solve the various types of pipeline interface displacement, axial expansion and different degrees of heart and so on.
2.Different materials can be made according to acid resistance, alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, oil resistance, heat resistance and other varieties, to adapt to a variety of media and the environment.
3.The material is a polar rubber, good sealing performance, light weight, convenient installation and maintenance, the use life is long, but avoid and sharp metal devices contact, in order to avoid punctured sphere.
4.If the overhead use can match elastic support, installation bolt with diagonal method tightening.
5.If the pipeline pressure is too high, the application of the limit bolt will be connected at both ends of the flange together.
6.Flange connection standard by GB-T 17241.6-1998 integral cast iron pipe flanges, as with other standards can be specified separately.
7.The working pressure class 0.6MPa, 1.0MPa, 1.6Mpa, 2.5MPa, 4.0Mpa. The product can greatly reduce the vibration and noise of the pipeline system, the fundamental solution to all kinds of line interface displacement, axial stretching and different degree of heart and other issues.
